She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William and Emma Heitschmidt (Schwerdtfeger); and her daughter Sherry Ann. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Sue; her sons-in-law, Terry Murphy and Robert Viles (Susan); her grandchildren, Luke Viles (Shay), Timothy Viles (Cheri), Ricky Rankin (Stacey), Erick Rankin (Julie) and Rylee Christensen (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Taryn, Caelie, Hallie, Remi, Bryson and Watson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
