He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kubick and Carrie Kubick (Smith); his son Robert Kubick; and his brothers, Floyd "Babe" Kubick and Roy Kubick.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Kubick of Kanopolis; his daughters, Diann Schultz (Wayne) of Wilson, Vicki Williams (Jeff) of Geneseo and Bev Westerman (Scott) of Ellsworth; his daughter-in-law Patti Kubick of Ellsworth; and his brother Jim Kubick (Connie) of Lincoln. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and six step-great grandchildren.
