He is survived by: his parents, James C. Gardner and Judith E. Gardner (Shaber) of El Dorado; his brother Clark Gardner of Loveland, Colorado; his aunts, Marilyn Sanders (Perry) of Tulsa and Lynn Dandridge (Tom) of Rockford, Michigan; his friend Sandra Ennis; and also, Zane, Alex Jennings and Mortimer Ennis of Houston.
