He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Locke Jr. and Betty M Locke (Killion); and his siblings, Bonnie Locke and Kevin Locke. He is survived by: his wife Donna Locke; his children, Janet Rhodes, Kelly Ray Locke and Daniel Locke; his grandson Austin Rhodes (Katarina); and his siblings, Becky Wise, Brenda Bowers, Jerry Locke, David Locke and Bobby Locke.
