He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. McIntire and Ethyal McIntire (Duey); and his brothers, Lloyd, Stephen and John.
He is survived by: his wife Janie; his children, Ginger McDaniel and Kent McIntire (Cindy) of Gardner, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kandi, Kira, Malibu and Kolton; and his great grandchild Glenn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society or Boy's Town National, Boy's Town Nebraska.
