She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Blea and Lila Blea (Salas); her husband Joe Q. Martinez; her sons, Tim, Emilio Joseph and Raymond Joseph Martinez; and her siblings, William Blea, Henry Blea, Johnny Blea, Joe Blea, Emilio Blea, Rita Fernandez, Gloria Blea, Delores Blea, Helen Perez and JoAnn Sanchez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Holguin (Geronimo), Connie Marquez (Manuel), Cindy Ruiz (Eduardo), MaryAnn Holguin (Prudencio) and Rose Chilcoat (Steve); and her siblings, Esther Espinosa (Phil Gonzalez), Eddie Blea (Gloria) of Hutchinson and Jim Blea (Margie) of Sacramento, California.. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 80 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe (3231 N 14th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A rosary will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe both in care of the funeral home.
