He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Henry and Joan Cecilia Indiek (Dixon); his brother-in-law Jay Lewis; and his nephew Jameison Indiek. He is survived by: his wife Christeena Jackson; his son Ben Indiek; and his siblings, Karen Lewis and Jerome Indiek (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Prairie or Medicalodges of Kinsley both in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
