He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac McCurdy and Delores McCurdy; his former wife Rebecca Dent; and his brother Mike McCurdy. He is survived by: his children, Rhiannon Morlan (Jamey), Cyndy McCurdy and Robert McCurdy, Jr.; his sisters, Diana Drapeau (Norman) of Massachusetts and Kimmie McCurdy of Massachusetts; his sister-in-law Kathy McCurdy; his grandchildren, Janee Morlan, Kayden McCurdy (Zona Rhoades), Josh Wilson, Jarret McCurdy (Kinsie Reed), Bailey, Sofie, Leah, Clarissa and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Jentrie Morlan and Leslie Gill.
