It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Salmans (Dodge City, Kansas), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Edward and Betty Helen Hunt (Inman); her daughter Dawn Jenkins Salmans; her brothers, William, Michael, Ricky and James Hunt; and her half-sister Barbara Zimmerman.

She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Salmans; her sons, Jason and Chandler; her stepson Gary Salmans; and her sister Kathy Ragsdale. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
