It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Austin of Dodge City, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Richardson and Dorothy Richardson (Bailey); her siblings, Gene Richardson and Carol Koehn; and her brother-in-law Duane Ehrlich.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny Austin; her children, Brent (Dee), Deann Jones, Bruce (Bonnie) and Darin (Jackie); her sister Karen Ehrlich; and her grandchildren, Renee Duvall (Eric), Stephen Austin (Sarah), Annalise Hagan (Joshua), Emily Smith (Braden), Joshua Austin (Madison), Caleb Austin, Jonathan Austin and Andrew Austin. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
