It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvella Schriner (Dodge City, Kansas), born in Grinnell, Kansas, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton G. Baalmann and Amelia Sofia Baalmann (Ladenberger); her husband Carl F. Schriner; and her great grandchild Janeyah. She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Schriner, Charlene Schriner, Diana Grunder (Richard), Patricia Adams and Karen Pitts (Vern); her grandchildren, Anthony Hamilton (Xy), Todd Hamilton, Master Gunnery, Travis Hamilton (Adrianne), Brian Schriner, Chad Grunder (Erica), Rich Adams (Krista), Caleb Pitts, Lana Winker (Brad), Hannah Pitts, Mandy Schnoeblen and Chelsea Adams; her great grandchildren, Brett, Axel, Sage, Dylan, Jacob, Christian, Brooke, Logan, Brody, Riley, Colton, Kylee and Lyla; her great great grandchildren, Lennon and Porter; her sister Betty Vance; and her siblings-in-law, Maurice Schriner (Beulah), Idella Schriner and Janice Baalmann.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Russell Murray Hospice both in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
