He was predeceased by: his family Boyd; his brother Frank; his daughter Brenda Dunham; his grandson Travis Sayers; and his great grandchild Caleb Reed.
He is survived by: his family Grace Smith (Taylor); his wife Jean Smith (Nelson); and his children, David, Daniel (Eva), Terry Emery (Charlie) and Sheila Laufer (Steve). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
