He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kim Grapengater (Dana) of Wichita, Linda Koehler of Derby and Sheryl Woods (Mike) of Derby; his granddaughter Jennifer Moussavi; his children, Megan Palen (Cody), Olivia, Abby, Christopher Koehler (Cherilyn) and Brooke Peter; his sisters, Catherine Derowitsch and Donna Crist; and his sisters-in-law, Alma Williams and Virginia Williams.
