Thomas and Lana; her son-in-law Ron McKinsey of Layton, UT; her grandchildren, Brandi Bruce (Thomas) and Mark Worthen; her great grandchildren, Dustin Thomas and Alexis Whittaker; her great great grandchild Hailey Evers; and her extended family, Ted Cruz, Linda, Matt, Dena Gartlemen, Renee and Ronnie Morton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
