He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Pearl and Naoma Ruth Calvert (Wheeler); his wife Nancy Alice Farmer; and his brother Don "Bucky" Calvert. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Mark Calvert (Tammy), Patti Calvert and Richard Calvert (Twila); and his sister Nadine Goff (Clayton). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In Nancy's honor, a memorial is established with the American Cancer Society.
