He is survived by: his former wife Cara Tuohey (Hermreck); his sons, Kyle Jude (JayCe) and Kolten Jacob; his former spouse Kim Holinde (Richardson); his sons, Karter Blake and Kole Barrett of Mulvane, Kansas.; his granddaughter Jaesynn Grace; his siblings, Renee Ockwood (Greg) of Lyndon, KS, Gerard Holinde (Marylin) of Great Bend, KS, Michelle Hamilton (Joe) of Belle Plaine, KS, Mary Hunt (Joe) of Belle Plaine, KS and Karen Hogan (Butch) of Glendale, AZ.; his stepmother Margorie Walton; and his stepsisters, Linda Walton (John Muller) of New York City, NY and Rita Walton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
