He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donnie Allen and Sue Allen of De Soto, KS; his children, Michael Allen (Catrina) of Kansas City, KS, Casey Lamb (Chris) of Independence, MO and Chelsey Allen (Kim) of Independence, MO; his grandsons, Nathan and Lincoln; his sisters, Susan Allen (Heidi) of Lawrence, KS and Kim Proch (Scott) of Evergreen, CO; and the mother of his children Shirley Peterson. He was also cherished by two nieces and two nephews.
