He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Couch and Betty Couch; and his mother-in-law Betty Grisham. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Couch; his daughters, Kristi Hinkle and Megan Rudy; his son-in-law Aubry Rudy; and his grandchildren, Cole Rudy and Claire Rudy.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Northwest Consolidated Fire Dept. or Douglas County Visiting Nurses Hospice.
