He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Donald Church (Sherri) of Eudora, KS and Michael Church (Jaime) of De Soto, KS; his sisters, Ruth Straton (John) of Basehor, KS, Connie Stafford and Phyllis Church; his sister-in-law Denise Drown of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Austin, Katie (Mason), Ashton, Blaine, Abby, Zoe, Elizabeth and Jake; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
