She is survived by: her husband Dean; her daughters, Shirley (Richard Haynes) of Wheatland, MO, Janet (Larry North), Spring Hill and Deana Chance; her siblings, Jack Allen of Wichita, KS and Beth McKay of Topeka, KS; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Michael Haynes, Stacy Thomas, Kelly, Cory, Colby and Cody King. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
