He is survived by: his wife Jane McCabe; his children, Carrie Scott (Tom) of Matfield Green and Blake Johnson (Whitney) of Emporia; his grandchildren, Dylan Johnson, Nash Johnson, Harrison Johnson, Maryn Johnson, Izak Butter, Dawson Butter and Chelsea Kelly; and his sister Pat Nicholes of Deerpark, NY..
