He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Collett and Ethel M. Collett (Higgins); and his former wife Linda Priddy. He is survived by: his children, Amy Connolly (Stephen) of Fort Worth, Ryan Collett (Heather) of Independence and Mary Collett of Lenexa, Kansas; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Connolly, Henry Connolly, Margaret Connolly, Makayla Collett, Hudson Collett and Emma Collett; his siblings, Howard Collett (Beth), Shirley Bowers, Marjorie Talbott, Anita Sly, Clarice Hammer (Bill), Roma Skaggs, Mark Collett (Mickey) and Stacey Collett (Carla); and his friend Gloria Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
