Dorothy Bower Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Bower (Cottonwood Falls, Kansas), who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Ethel Leona Blount (Potter); and her siblings, Tommy, George, Bobby, Viola Davis, Frankie Sprague, Jean Owen, Virgilene Roever, Shirley Lincoln and Marlene Blount.
She is survived by: her children, Becki Heffron (Rick) of Emporia, Laurie Peacock (Phil) of Emporia, Doug Bower (Thea) of Franklin, KY, Bonnie Ayers (Wade) of Burlington and Donnie Bower (Debbie) of Cottonwood Falls; and her siblings, Walter Blount (Mary) of Cottonwood Falls, James Blount of Alex, OK and Anna Lee Meyers of Cottonwood Falls. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
