He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carroll and Jacqueline Rainey; and his brother David Carroll. He is survived by: his siblings, Jay H. Dean Jr. of Haysville, Tammy Talkington of Emporia, James Dean of Emporia and Lynn McCabe of El Dorado; and his stepfather Jess H. Dean Sr. of Matfield Green. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; 21 great nieces and nephews; 14 great great nieces and nephews.
