She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis W. Thornton and Bessie Thornton (Neiman); her siblings, Louis "Louie" Thornton, Larry Thornton, Lillian Place, Marjorie Potter and Delores Thornton; and her son Danny Burright.
She is survived by: her former husband Melvin "Chuck" Burright; her spouse J. R. "Bill" Fosdick; her children, Robert Burright of Strong City and Patti Boyer (Jeff) of Geneseo, IL; and her sister Shirley Hudson (Max) of Milo, MO.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
