He was predeceased by: his father Wilden Young; and his sister Janet Marie Young-Criffield. He is survived by: his former wife Mona Renee Pearl Ward; his children, Sheree Murdoch of Salina, KS and Rex Young, Jr.; his mother Betty Havens (Aldrich) of Concordia, KS; and his siblings, Trina McDonnor of Concordia, KS, Frances Jamison of Concordia, KS and James Harold Young, Sr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, a host of friends.
