He is survived by: his children, Don Lambert (Ray Hill) of Kansas City, MO, Michael Cleveland (Cindy) of Salina, KS, Diann Spencer (Tom Everitt) and Jerry Cleveland (Deb Baker). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
