He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Parks and Lelah Parks (Collins); his children, Leonard Parks and Barbara Parks; and his siblings, Bill Parks, Berdena Sisler, Bertha Sisler, Stella Sisler and Lorene Lowell.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Frybarger; and his daughters, Wanda Harlow of Overland Park, KS and Beverly Parks of Concordia, KS. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
