He is survived by: his mother Nedda Jean Allen (Jensen) of Scandia; his wife Marci Allen; his daughter Felicia O'Neil (Devan) of Superior; his stepchildren, Kelsi Zamrzla (Riley) of Wilson, Kara Hays of Concordia, Kileigh Glessner and Brogan Glessner of Gypsum; his grandchildren, Kash, Kinzlee O'Neil, Chiles and James Zamrzla; his sister Berdina Frye (Troy) of Belleville; and his parents-in-law, John and Patty Pillard of Salina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a community of friends.
