He is survived by: his wife Pamela Nordquist of Concordia, KS; his children, Kenda Smith (Mike Lentz), Brent Campbell (Amy), Clay Campbell of Northglenn, CO and Lane Campbell (Sierra Dobrinski); his grandchildren, Amandra McChesney (C. J.), Brittany Campbell, Casey Campbell, Trevor Preston, Tyler Preston, Haley Campbell and Kaleb Campbell; his great grandchild Gracie McChesney; and his sisters, Elizabeth Steinle of Springfield, MO, Jane Maddy (Lynn) and Joyce Corp (Steve).
