He was predeceased by: his parents, Durrel Nelson and Velma Nelson (French). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Nelson of Concordia, KS; his brother Raymond Nelson (Donna) of Concordia, KS; and his nephews, Tony Nelson (Jasmine) of Olathe, KS and Chris Nelson (Faye) of Hooper, NE. He is also survived by six great nieces.
