He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Meyer and Madeline Meyer (Christensen); his stepmother Lorene Meyer; and his nephew Matthew Dickinson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean James; his children, Christipher Saunders (Elisabeth), Donna Sue Franklin (Rick) and Rebecca Scimeca (Bill); and his siblings, Carol Mueller (Glen) of Nelson, NE, Ron Thomsen (Marilyn) of Reno, NV, Cheryl Russell (Arden) of Webber, KS, Sharon Dickinson (Doug) of Seward, NE and Neil Thomsen (Barb) of Superior, NE. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter.
