He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Collins and Lucille Collins (Smith); his stepmother Madeline Collins; and his sister Linda Ides. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Paul Collins (Dawn), Catherine Forrester (Mike) and Kimberly Reed (Jack); and his sister Rita Somer (Donald) of Auburn, WA.
