He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Velma. He is survived by: his spouse Donna M. Schulze; his children, Michael David Houston, Nicole Marlene Houston, Kody Layne Houston and Wade Charles Houston; and his brothers, Thomas E. Houston (Stacie) and James W. Houston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
