He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Claar and Mildred Claar (Beissel); his wife Judith Claar; his sons, Tad Claar of Caldwell, Kansas, Luke Claar of Andover, Kansas and Jeff Claar of Cimarron, Kansas; his grandchildren, Taylor Claar, Megan (Claar), Nicholas Claar, Taygan Claar and Thomas Claar; his great grandchildren, Tayvin Collazo of Caldwell, Cruz Collazo of Caldwell, Briggs Collazo of Caldwell and Millie Collazo of Caldwell; and his sister Linda Mead (Dean) of Kansas City, MO. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
