She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William; her parents, Jens Hanson and Helen Hanson; her siblings, Lillian, Hartlyn, Vernon, Arly, Bud, Donald and Eileen; her children, Debra Taylor (Jerry), Michael Byers (Dawn) and Steven Byers (Tammy); and her sisters, Doris Nichols and Janice Evenson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to St. Paul Lutheran Church School 639 N. Lincoln Cheney, Kansas 67025.
