He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Favart and Joanne Favart (Mosburg); his brother Douglas E. Favart; his grandparents, Eugene E. Favart (Blanche), Eldo Mosburg (Virginia) and Eddie Thurber (Don); his aunts, Loretta Kopfer (Chellan) and Anita McManus (Hank); and his cousin Henry McManus.
He is survived by: his children, Alycia, Renee and Chance of Colorado; his siblings, Debra Crisler (Gary) of Mulvane, KS and Eugene Edward Favart Jr. of Rose Hill, KS; his aunts, Ruth Brooks (Don) of Carbondale, KS and Adele Shaw (Dale); and his uncle Phillip Favart of Florida. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
