It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon R Berry (Anthony, Kansas), born in Harper, Kansas, who passed away on February 26, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Frederick and Dorothy Marselle Berry (Fox); his brother John; his siblings-in-law, Doug Moore, Jackie Berry and David Jefferis; his niece Lindsey Beck; and his nephews, David Berry and Tommy Morris.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clifton Dean and Lydia Lavina; his wife Rhonda Berry; his daughter Laquita Harris (Todd Wanko) of Newkirk, Oklahoma; his stepdaughter Peggy Swafford-Lundin (Richard) of Savannah, Georgia; his siblings, Karl, Cliff of Anthony and Lydia Moore of Salina; his sisters-in-law, Bette Berry of Anthony and Suni Archuleta (Tony) of Hazelton; and his grandchildren, Marshall Harris, Josh Swafford, Haley and Paige Lundin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
