He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Conrady and Rosalie M. Conrady (Blubaugh); his siblings, C. J. Conrady, James Conrady and Mary Conrady Healey; and his sister-in-law Cathy Conrady.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Conrady; his children, Thomas Conrady Jr. (Tabatha) of Wichita, KS, Brian Conrady (Emily) of Ann Arbor, MI, Gina Rich (Mike) of Enid, OK and Jennifer Lohmann (Todd) of Manchester, OK; his grandchildren, Lucas Conrady, Ryan, Damon Malaska, Kailey, Trent and Trevor Lohmann; and his brother Larry Conrady of Enid, OK. He is also survived by other relatives, and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Tom may be made to St. Joan of Arc, Patterson Health Center, or the Manchester Cemetery, in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
