He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Payne and Leona Payne (Hawkins); and his siblings, Betty Hurst and Bobby Payne. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Wruk, Scott Payne, Troy Payne and Rhett Payne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cup of Grace Food Bank or to Wounded Warriors, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
