He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Shaffer and Lola Shaffer (Funderburk); and his siblings, Elvis and Farol. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughter Angie of Winfield; his grandchildren, Tristan, Laura Mae and Shauna; and his siblings, Carl Shaffer (Angie) of Clearwater, Nelda Newberry of Muskogee, OK, Dale Shaffer (Velma) of Springdale, Fern Topham of Wichita and Ed Shaffer of Chautauqua, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
