She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ivan Cormack and Idalee Cormack; and her brother Russell Cormack. She is survived by: her children, Brian Cormack (Jessica) of Limon Co, Kristie Clark (Naaman) of Anthony, KS, Kellie Campbell (Larry) of Anthony, KS and Rex Thomas Jr. (Misty) of Ponca City; and her sisters, Barbara Stevens and Joyce Cox. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kathy Thomas Memorial Fund, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
