He is survived by: his mother Mary Bazer; his significant other Nancy Whitney; his siblings, Cliff Bazer (Norma), Jeanie Bazer, James Bazer Jr. (Pamela) and Carla Bazer (Alberto); and his children, Ashlee Dryden, Justin Bazer and Cheri McCammon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jeff Bazer Memorial Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
