He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny B. Conley and Lona Conley (Baldridge); and his siblings, Lawrence, Ray Conley and Lucille Hackworth.

He is survived by: his wife Marceil Conley; his children, Donald W. Conley (Lucinda) of Warsaw, Douglas J. Conley (Karen) of Westerville, OH, Dale J. Conley (Sheryl) of Naples, FL and Deanna G. Cooper (Gary) of Leesburg; and his grandchildren, Mandy Laning (Mike) of Westfield, Adam Conley (Emily) of Greenwood, Sheena Zile (Luke Rodriguez) of Warsaw, Keriann Tankersley (Jeff) of Bloomington, Leah Green (Tom) of Fishers, Kailey Heavener (Jackson) of Warsaw, Kyle Kiphart of Leesburg, Kelsey Hoffman (Haven) of Billings, MT and Crystal Ligda (Adam) of Crown Point, IN. He is also survived by four children, 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
