She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Rush, Sheila Johnson, Lisa Tobias (Kevin) and Theresa Simmons; her grandchildren, Melissa Delrymple (Pat), Jennifer Rayle (James), Kasey Hostetler (Derek), Kara Moulder (Colton), Shane Simmons (Kristen) and Eric Deckard; and her sister Virginia Lawson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
