He was predeceased by: his father Donald D. Patrick. He is survived by: his son Jake Patrick (Taylor); his mother Ann Patrick; his grandson Bowen Allen William Patrick; his siblings, Delmar Patrick (Cris), Jane Patrick, John Patrick (Judy), Mike Patrick, Donna Patrick (Rance Phillips) and Scott Patrick; and his significant other Renee Simpson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
