She is survived by: her children, Thomas Booker (Shannon), Dawn Wallace (Ronnie) and Pebbles Custer; her siblings, Ray Howard, Ebb "Buddy" Howard and Bessie Fagg; and her grandchildren, Levi Booker, Ronnie Wallace Jr., Andrea Booker, Jacob Minnich, Violet Stanford, Dakota Custer and Rose Rosa. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
