He is survived by: his wife Melody Jan Cardinal; his daughters, Jami (Kevin), Kim (Greg) and Jana (Brian); his grandchildren, Levi (Mary), Collin, Luke (Lydia), Callee, Caiden (Breanna) and Carter (Hayley); his great grandchildren, Lailynn, Autumn, Keaton, Craig, Haley, Jayln, Madilynn, Paisley and Adalee; his pets, Ruby, Marley, Bella, Zypher, Zazu, Nova, Chop, Sophia and Mazie; his sister Kathy Hogue; his siblings-in-law, Chuck, Karen Cardinal, Mike, Kim Dyer and John Hogue; his in-laws, Chuck and Marge Cardinal; and his pet Max. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
