He was predeceased by: his sister Janice Wishmier (Don). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Thompson (Bob Thompson), Paul Manley and Gilbert Manley (Sherry); his wife Janet Strain; his sons, Gary Manley (Lori) and Larry Manley (Sharon); his grandchildren, Caleb Manley (Brittany), Cody Manley (Alexis), Mara Long (Noah), Isaac Manley and JohnMichael Manley (Caitlyn Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Ellie and Jensen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to West Vigo High School Bass Fishing Club attention Kenny Pearson or West Vigo High School Athletic Department.
