She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry May and Ruth Ann May; her husband Carl Benjamin Franklin, Sr.; her son Carl Benjamin Franklin, Jr.; and her siblings, Alfred May, Janie Morris and Judy Harmon.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Rogers (Harold); her grandchildren, Mike Franklin, Angie Franklin, Brad Henson and Amy Henson; and her brother James May. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
